The shipment arrived in a styrofoam container with chill packs that were still frozen. I cranked up the grill, opened 3 varieties(jalapeno and cheese is my new favorite), opened up a Lone Star Long Neck and grilled up some of the best smoked sausages on the planet. Next time I’m planning a Texas bbq, I’ll pick up the phone and tell Juanita to ship me another order of their excellent sausages.

It’s a real sausage fest here, if you know what I mean. They are packed with flavor, but not overwhelming with heat. The jalapeno cheddar sausage is my favorite. YUM.
