Extremely meaty and not grainy or super fatty like some TX. sausages. the bbq sauce was a bit sweet, but worked amazingly well with the spicy, savory sausage. Try it, you wont be disappointed!

Due to severe food allergies, I am limited on what I can eat. Thankfully, your garlic sausage is on the can eat menu. I start out almost every day with a couple of sausage wraps and love when my wife makes sausage and fried potatoes. Excellent tasting sausage with a great texture. Thank you for a wonderful product.
