To make sure your order arrives fresh and ready for the grill, we’ve put a lot of thought into how and when we ship.
We won’t bore you with all the details, but the gist of it is simple: distance + meat = time.
(We also learned that meat tastes better than math.)
We ship to the continental United States using FedEx. Shipping times vary depending on the option selected during checkout.
Shipping Schedule by Zone
Shipping days vary by destination so your order arrives fresh.
Zone A
Texas: Shipments can go out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays
We can ship local on Thursdays as well.
Zone B
East and West Coastal States – Shipments can go out on Mondays Only
Zone C
Other States – Shipments can go out on Mondays and Tuesdays

Our Guarantee
We guarantee our products to arrive in satisfactory condition if correct addresses are provided.
The purchaser will be charged for any replacement order if the package was not delivered due to an incorrect address, or if delivery was attempted and the recipient does not claim the package and it is returned to us.
All orders are packed in foam coolers with ice-cold gel packs and then boxed for shipping.
We also pledge not to nibble on your ’cue while boxing it up.
